If you have an older software, first wait for a software update as a first step. It's an automatic system. Don't interrupt this process; first time for me lasted about 15 minutes (bad disk)! Usually will take 3-5 minutes! What's new compared to original Mercedes v12 (2010) maps? - Newer POS's and maps (2012) - Now you search for the name of the street first, not the type. Write the image using IMGBurn or Nero and a good DVD+R blank (Verbatim recommended) Use 2.4x speed! No advanced settings needed, as there is no protection. How do I burn this? There are 3 files, do I just burn the .iso or will I have to do something with the .001?
1. Download the torrent.
2. You will have two files:
NTG2_2012.iso
NTG2_2012.iso.001
3. Rename them like this:
NTG2_2012.iso.001 -> NTG2_2012.iso.002
NTG_2012.iso -> NTG2_2012.iso.001
4. Download HJSplit and use it to join the two files (select the .001 file and it will join the two automatically).
5. You will now have a TNG2_2012.iso file
6. Use ImgBurn (2.5.7.0) to burn on a Verbatim DVD+R at 2.4x speed.
It worked perfectly! Update on the device took

Didn't work for me (CLC 180, COMMAND APS 50) I got a "unreadable disc" message
@ dimitri: you have Command APS 50, thos is for NTG2!
THis maps is created with Navteq data, but the official Mercedes Version is made with data from Euroatlas (TomTom)..
